Accessible at edu.youngcare.eu, the platform is designed to support informal caregivers of adults aged 18 to 64 by providing practical and accessible information. It covers five essential areas of everyday life and caregiving: housing and living, leisure and mobility, participation and employment, care and support, and the legal framework. The platform was developed through a co-creation process involving caregivers, experts, and young adults with care needs, ensuring that the content is practical, inclusive, and relevant to real challenges faced by informal caregivers across Europe. With user-friendly navigation and multilingual access, it offers an easy way to find reliable support and information.
